Frequently asked questions

What costs do I have when I place an order?

None. Sending an order request costs you nothing and you do not pay anything on the website. We come back by email with a firm price quote (parts, shipping, VAT and customs), and you pay only if you agree with it. The only exception is a parcel that turns out much heavier or larger than the catalog data: we tell you before shipping and you can pay the difference or cancel (Terms, point 7).

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–3 weeks from the moment we confirm and place your order. It differs from part to part: it depends on whether the part is in our partners’ warehouses, has to be ordered from Ford’s warehouses, or even has to be specially produced. We confirm the timing for your parts in our price quote.

Are VAT and customs duties included in the price?

Yes. VAT and customs duties are included in the price of the parts. The prices on the website are calculated for private individuals. International shipping is calculated in the cart from the weight of your order (minimum billed weight: 1 kg per order), so it is more cost-effective when you buy several products together.

I am ordering for a company. What changes?

At checkout, tick “I am ordering on behalf of a company” and enter the company name and VAT number. We then confirm the final price and invoice details for your business in our email quote.

How do I know a part fits my car?

Click “Add your vehicle” at the top of the page and choose year, make, model, trim and engine to see only compatible parts, and check the “Compatible vehicles” list on each product page. If you are not sure, send us the part number or the part name with your vehicle’s year, model and engine through the contact form and we will check before you pay.

How and when do I pay?

Only after you accept our quote. We ask for the full amount by bank transfer (details in our email), then we order the parts from the USA.
